Hello Everyone,

While I can’t guarantee that this agenda is carved in stone, this is a pretty good general idea of what we’ll be doing and when we’ll be doing it! As is always prudent, we will leave room for any necessary changes.

Please note that there will be a field trip on Sunday afternoon, so you may want to make travel plans accordingly. The rates at the hotel will still be good through Monday and we will have some drivers available for airport runs. I will be making a chart for the airport runs, so, if you need a pick up, please send me your itinerary as soon as possible. I’ll be making a chart and assigning people for pick ups.

The Phoenix airport has a cell phone lot and drop-off and pick-up at both the North Side and the South side of baggage claim. The South side is usually easier for picking people up. The doors in baggage claim are numbered. Once you have de-planed and have your luggage, call the cell phone number you’ve been given and tell them the door number you are at.

Thursday will be devoted to the Board Members, our meeting and our dinner at my house. This will only take a couple of hours, so most of your Thursday will be free for whatever. If our room is free, we may able to get in on Thursday to set up the altar and decorate.

Blessings,
Jenny

Once completed, we may decide to donate the Village to a children’s shelter or another non-profit. If you have something at home you’d like to bring, please feel free.
